Temenos recalls the sacred enclosure, a space set apart, where earth meets sky. Archetypal forms and a ritual stillness run through the series.

Light assumes a particular importance here: a single luminous event is often enough to activate the entire composition. Rather than depicting a mythical place, the works evoke the condition of the sacred as a space of concentration and inward intensity.
