Horizon

In Horizon, the horizontal line becomes a primary organising principle. Sky and ground, colour and emptiness, surface and distance are held in a state of balance.

The series is less concerned with landscape than with a fundamental way of seeing. The world is reduced to two elemental fields, and the composition finds its strength in that restraint. The horizon becomes a point of stillness, duration and openness.
